Single skin roofing is generally for use on unheated buildings including lorry or car ports, animal stables or storage warehouses. It is usually comprised of anti-condensation material or a fibre cement sheet.

Double skin roofing is for buildings that are required to meet strict fire and heating regulations including hospitals, heated factories, schools and colleges. It provides improved insulation and sound proofing – ideal if you operate in a noisy environment or have loud machinery.
